At the regular scheduled annual meeting quorum requirements were not met. The annual meeting has been rescheduled for this Thursday at 1:30PM MST.
The only item of business to complete is the election of directors. Enough ballots were received to meet quroum requirements the second time around.
We will be holding the rescheduled annual meeting this Thursday, at 1:30 via telephone conference.
The meeting will begin immediately at 1:30PM and directors will be elected. This is the only item of business we will take care of at the rescheduled annual meeting.
